Integrated into the TrueSyn Robotic Grinding System, the Estun robot works with grinding tools, fixtures, and control systems to automate material removal and improve production consistency while keeping the overall solution economical.

Force Control System

The DFC Intelligent Flexible Force Control System is the core force-control module of the TrueSyn Robotic Grinding System, specifically developed for automated grinding and polishing. It provides active force regulation between the grinding tool and workpiece, enabling controlled and adaptive contact during complex surface processing.

The system compensates for variations in workpiece geometry and surface conditions by dynamically regulating the applied force, helping maintain stable material removal and consistent tool engagement.
