This station combines an ABB industrial robot with an innovative laser welding system, plus protective components like light-shielding panels. It can automatically clamp and weld the metal frames of electrical cabinets.

Operation Process

In the video, the robot moves the laser welding torch with precision, performing continuous welding on the electrical cabinet’s metal components (welding arcs are visible during operation). This enables automated, high-precision welding work.
